FAQ

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password. We'll email you a reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a minute.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your profile, tap the gear icon to open Settings, then choose Delete account. This removes your profile, your capsules, and all your contributions. Photos and videos you uploaded are deleted from our storage. The action is permanent.

If you can't access the app for any reason, email support@capsify.app from the address tied to your account and we'll delete it manually.

How do I delete individual items, capsules, or comments?

Open any item, capsule, or comment you created and tap the long-press menu (or the trash icon on your profile). Choose Delete. The content is removed immediately. If the item included uploaded photos or video clips, those files are deleted from our storage too. Other users will no longer see the content.

This action only removes the specific content you delete — your account and other data stay intact. To delete the whole account, see above.

How do you handle inappropriate content?

Capsify is in alpha. If you see something that doesn't belong, email us with a screenshot or a link and we'll review within 24 hours. We remove content that violates our community guidelines without warning.

Is Capsify free?

Yes. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases. We may introduce optional paid features in the future, but the core app stays free.
